I tend to think of McDonalds as like the baseline for goyslop and everything is up from there but looking at some of the ingredient listing in a frozen dinner from Walmart I'm not so sure anymore. McDonald's might be better than that.

It’s cliché to say, but even I try to refrain from those frozen dinners they’re just as bad as McDonald’s, if not worse, all those preservatives, etc.
My mother suffered from breast cancer (beat it) and colon cancer (rip), and I really look at those Stouffer frozen dinners as the culprit in conjunction with Diet Coke lol.
It’s cliché to say, but I don’t know anything that beats this:
Brother, just go to your meat market. Get frozen ground beef (chuck or round) chicken breast, fish, you name it.
Try and grab some vegetables from there as well corn on the cob, broccoli, cauliflower brussel sprouts on and on.
Yeah, it’s a pain in the butt it’s not that bad—- throw that ground beef on a skillet throw your vegetables in there- tada. shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes to whip that up after a few trial runs
