Nice. I was finally able to get a workers permit and a better job at 15. I don’t even think worker permits are a thing anymore.

I had to be 15 1/2 to be able to get a workers permit. Aside from a few months in highschool between jobs, I don't think I have ever *not* worked. Zoomers are the new boomers though, so their name fits. Boomers did work but their work required so little effort that they could coast on easy mode. Zoomers don't do any work and won't unless they can be given the boomer treatment in life. Gen X and older Millennials for the most part work their asses off aside from the left leaning and/or younger ones that are more like zoomers.

Im considered what some would call a zillennial, and its crazy because I remember all the young white folks I knew in the 80s and 99s were chomping at the bit to make some money and have some freedom to maybe get a beater, and at least have enough money for insurance, and gas to run around in it if your parents didn’t let you use theirs occasionally. With that said, part of me understands the frustration of the younger folks today. Let’s be real, you have to have a little bit of a carrot on the stick to get you going, and many of the youngins today can’t even drive, and have no interest in it, and even if they could, how many jobs are even out there for them anymore, how many of said jobs would allow them to work weekends, and summers only, and last but most importantly how many will let them take home around $800-$1000 a month? That’s what it would take in order to afford a beater, the insurance, gas, and a little spending money now. Let’s also not pretend that the overwhelming majority of said jobs that are left are filled with niggers now. Not a safe environment at all for kids.
