Cuba didn't really have much of a native population. It was just black slaves and white people with a pretty uncharacteristically spanish rigorous segregation system. The taino existed, sure, but there werent many of them. Maybe 100,000 in cuba, and most of them incidentally died from disease. Whatever genetic input they have is mostly noise. The spanish ran cuba like how the english ran the southeastern US. As a result, most Cubans are either white or black. Contrast this with the Dominican Republic. Or even Haiti or Jamaica

It's more accurate to say that the majority of Cubans are more White than they are anything else. What the genetics show (which has yet to be mentioned) is that a [2014 study proved "White Cubans" to have mixed Black African and Native American ancestry.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Cubans)

There are a lot Cubans that are surprisingly more White than I expected, but many are still heavily mixed with negroids and primitives.
