It's almost quaint walking into a store and the only things I see locked up are the cans of spray paint. At least that makes sense, the hooligans who spray graffiti would of course also steal the paint, be it for a consistent disregard for private property, or they have an IQ above the median and don't want to leave a paper trail buying the tools of the crime. But toothpaste? It's not expensive, and a tube will last you a decent period of time, why the hell is that so commonly stolen it needs to be locked up? Is toothpaste an ingredient in some ghetto drug or something? Or are niggers so jew-brained that they'll just shoplift something to save a couple bucks?

edit: wait, I'm missing something critical here... yes there it is, things like toothpaste aren't covered under EBT. So niggers have to buy toothpaste with their own money, so of course they'll just steal it instead.
