Sauerkraut is delicious too. I love it on my burgers, and grilled cheese.

yep it is delicious and superior, aryan version of lettuce to accompany your burgers

recently i've tried making burgers with KETO buns made from tapioca and isolated wheat protein (only 2G carbs) and it is MILES superior to regular ZOG-wheat buns

for topping i usually grill some mushrooms and garlic and then add them finely chopped into the burger with saurkraut

today i'm gonna buy some moar

Also tamarind.

However, a full detox from microplastics would be literally impossible because it's in the air you breathe no matter where on the planet you reside. I'd do my best to mitigate it, but not get too obsessed with it because there's nothing that can be done about it 100% unless you want to carry around a cylinder of pure oxygen with you, and at that point you may as well just take Bryan Johnsons job because you've seceded him.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Does it matter if it's homemade?

homemade is pretty the same as those big glass jars

its literally just diced cabbage, salt-based Brine (maybe a few spices) and you're pretty much set

it isn't rocket science and its why saurkraut is so cheap (i buy big kilo jars of that from Poland, costs me a handful of euros)
