Raw broccoli tears me up fierce. Can do lightly steamed though. Dice the sulfuorphane supplement a try. I was on the toilet for about 4 days straight it felt like

I’ve got pretty bad leaky gut. Still trying to fix it but I found just having good bile flow helps wit a lot of the detox stuff

Interesting. I don’t envy you. I hope you get it worked out my fren. Just curious, but at what age did you start having the issue? Anything change?

Also tamarind.

However, a full detox from microplastics would be literally impossible because it's in the air you breathe no matter where on the planet you reside. I'd do my best to mitigate it, but not get too obsessed with it because there's nothing that can be done about it 100% unless you want to carry around a cylinder of pure oxygen with you, and at that point you may as well just take Bryan Johnsons job because you've seceded him.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Sauerkraut is delicious too. I love it on my burgers, and grilled cheese.

Does it matter if it's homemade?

homemade is pretty the same as those big glass jars

its literally just diced cabbage, salt-based Brine (maybe a few spices) and you're pretty much set

it isn't rocket science and its why saurkraut is so cheap (i buy big kilo jars of that from Poland, costs me a handful of euros)
