This guy used to be stuck in a shitty cubicle job working for the man.

He dreamed of just making money off the land, pasturing animals, etc.

Check out his channel. Some smart stuff. He's a rancher / accountant so he gives good investment number information for us like-minded people looking for way out of the rat race.
