I know this is a place for politics, memes, racism, and whatever. But I feel this is warranted given that the white race is dwindling and that we so desperately want to have many kids.

Husband and I were excited to soon publicly announce our pregnancy. I was about ten weeks along. Went in for my first prenatal appointment and then scheduled and ultrasound. Before I could even get that ultrasound, I started bleeding. Went to the ER to find out I had miscarried.

We’re, of course, devastated. This was our first pregnancy (as we’ve been patiently trying for a while). Apart from the physical and emotional pain, I think we’re also very discouraged. Ready to try again when possible, but also praying for a better outcome, hoping that this was just part of the high miscarriage statistics within the first trimester and nothing to do with fertility.

So, I’m just asking for any prayer, encouragement, advice, etc. as we navigate this grief and move on to trying again.

Thank you, ConPro.

Miscarriages are much more common than people think because no one likes to talk about it. Its normal. My mom miscarried twice before giving birth to five massive healthy boys.

Unfortunately true. My sister-in-law had three her first year of trying. She’s almost 16 weeks now and progressing well.

Yeah I think it is the body's natural way of saying "something went wrong here. Eject."

And it could be something not entirely your fault.

I can imagine how extremely disappointing and "devastating" it can be. The right idea is to just have faith nature and God know what is best. Keep trying. See if there's ways you can improve your health, protect against environmental poisons, avoid bad water, bad food, toxic chemicals in the environment, avoid stress, detox, go in nature breathe fresh air listen to the stream let wind blow through your hair take deep breaths smell the flowers listen to the birds sing.

A sad day for all of us.

If it's any consolation, my ex miscarried after having three kids only to have two more later on. It happens, and it hurts, but it doesn't have to be the end.

Keep on trying. It took my wife and I over a year and it was incredibly frustrating for her to see so many other couples walking around with children.

We did genetic testing and tried IUI before finally being able to conceive.

If you want it bad enough and keep trying, you'll be able to have a baby.

Miscarriages, although quite common, are still devastating. My condolences. When my wife and I were first trying, she had 2 miscarriages around the same time you experienced before her body was “ready” to be pregnant and support a fetus. This is especially common when a woman just gets off of birth control because even though you stop taking pills, ied ring, or whatever, it still takes your body time to adjust. I’m not sure of your exact situation but I encourage you to keep trying. My wife and I did and we have healthy children with another baby boy on the way. Have hope and God Bless.

I'm so sorry honey. I know you and your husband have been waiting patiently for a little one and this is just heartbreaking. Your baby was alive and it was yours. It mattered. You loved it, and now you grieve. I have two babies in heaven and I like to think one day when I go home to heaven I'll finally get that long overdue snuggle. Your little one awaits you too.

Hugs sweet girl. There's nothing you did wrong and nothing you could have done differently. Take care of yourself and let yourself mourn. Love on your husband, who may show his grief differently especially as he tries to keep you uplifted. This should have nothing to do with further pregnancies or fertility. I will hold you close in prayer sister. I'm so sorry.

What was your diet like during pregnancy? What food do you eat? How old are you? Any possible toxin exposure? Any history of vaccines? Any chemtrail exposure?

Most importantly what is your BLOOD TYPE and YOUR HUSBANDS blood type? Did they give you rhogam shots?

These are all things that matter. Once you answer these questions to me we can continue.

Please keep me personally updated on your journey I want to help you with this and see what happens.

My husband and I avoid goyslop at all costs. We’re an ingredients-only household and buy local when we can. Amish market is a go-to solution for us. I’m 28. No idea about toxins. No vaccines in over 15 years (last one was a tetanus shot probably around 12 or 13. Couldn’t override my parents’ decision to give me vaccines, so don’t go blaming me). No chemtrails. I’m O- not, sure what he is. Yes, they plan on giving me rhogam when the time comes.

I know you’re trying to help, but blighted ovums (what I had) are quite common (make up about 50% of all reported miscarriages) and are caused by chromosomal abnormalities when the embryo is growing. There’s nothing I could’ve done to prevent it.

First question. did you get the rhogam shot for you first pregancy?

Also, do not get the fucking rhogam shot EVER. It is literally just another disguised vaccine that contains similar toxic ingredients as a normal vaccine. A lot of rh- babies have high rates of autism because of high toxin exposure ie, mercury in uterine due to rhogam shot. I am one of those people.

https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/Talk:U.S._Food_and_Drug_Administration

The medical industry loves to scare women into getting a bullshit shot that is just another poisonous vaccine disguised as something else. Also YOU LITERALLY WOULDN'T EVEN NEED A RHOGAM SHOT IF YOUR HUSBAND IS RH -- BECAUSE 100% OF YOUR KIDS WOULD BE RH--. SECONDLY THERE ARE MANY WOMEN WHO GIVE BIRTH TO CHILDREN EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT BLOOD TYPE COMPATIBLE. AS LONG AS THE BLOOD DOESN'T MIX YOU WILL BE FINE, ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO ANYWAY.

Tell your doctors to fuck off and kill themselves. Bulk up on RAW meat, raw milk with eggs, raw butter, cheeses, some fruit especially pineapple and papaya, and some vegetable juices, become atleast 20-30 pounds overweight, don't get any shots whats so ever, GIVE BIRTH AT HOME. If you do the diet I tell you, you will give birth in 2 painless contractions. You need to be FAT, you need some weight on you, you need NUTRIENTS.

I think you're right on pregnant women need to be FAT. Chubby Latina and black women never seem to have miscarriages.

Being too skinny or doing lots of exercise while pregnant adds unnecessary stress to the body.

Actually you’d never believe it but the most likely race to have infertility problems is blacks. I suspect it’s because of all the abortions, each subsequent abortion making normal women more and more infertile, despite the hoes out there with their abortions in the double digits.

I've seen my cousin go through several miscarriages before her and her husband had their children and it was very hard on her.

I learned from her that giving your body rest and grace is very important,. Even when she was physically cleared to get pregnant, she wasn't emotionally ready to try again right away after a loss and the months where she had negative tests really weighed on her.

I've heard from other family members that this is a common occurrence, more common than we think until we go through it or actually talk to others about it.

You'll be in my prayers, may God grant you peace of mind and heart and blessings on your little one and your future children.

I'm so sorry for your loss. You have created a child, you are a mother, and have experienced the worst thing a mother can. First trimester miscarriage *is* incredibly common, and the "wait until the risk is lessened and don't talk about it if it happens" is to make other people comfortable at your expense. Losing a child is losing a child, knowing them for less time doesn't make the hurt less.

If you think dark humour might help Alex and John (tiktok/youtube comedian couple) lost a baby after they announced and were very open about it. This is their short film [Shower](
https://youtube.com/watch?v=hzsvBdxmUJw&pp=ygUYYWxleCBhbmQgam9uIG1pc2NhcnJpYWdl), just be warned they have since had a child so you have to search or scroll back about 11 months to see their relevant tiktoks/shorts.

Yes, getting plenty of folate/folic acid and lots of other goodies from my naturemade supplements.

Miscarriages are super common in the first trimester. As far as I know, I did all I could (ate right, exercised, took prenatals, tried to not spike my cortisol, etc.), but sometimes, that doesn’t matter. Can’t change an embryonic abnormality.

Amerikanerr on scored.co

Yes there is something wrong with "additional" supplements.

ALL supplements (with very few exceptions) are chemically derived even if they are from food sources. In order to isolate a nutrient from food, heat and industrial solvents must be utilized. In "natural" supplements, kerosene, kerosene-derivatives and/or ethyl alcohol are used. Although they are considered natural, they are highly toxic, and to varying degrees damage animal/human cells. Kerosene, ethyl alcohol and other industrial processes are used to dissolve food from which substances will be extracted and negatively alter those substances sought.

Do you think that rinsing it will eliminate the solvents or are they etched into food molecules and sub-particles? What chemicals are formed with the interaction of the solvents and food? Would we soak our food in kerosene or ethyl alcohol for 30 minutes, rinse it for 30-45 seconds and eat it? That is a mild scenario of the industrial process. Laboratories usually soak food for 6-10 hours to dissolve it and rinse for 30-180 seconds.

Then they use various industrial processes to isolate parts of the dissolved food that they will sell as nutrients. All nutrients are complex. Once nutrient-complexes are separated, they no longer function as holistic nutrients, causing accumulation of fragmented nutrient-parts and imbalances. That does not include the kerosene or alcohol contamination within the so-called "nutritional" supplements. Deformed fragment and solvent toxicity accumulates, causing great imbalances on cellular levels

Many people cannot process folic acid as it's synthetic. Please find a prenatal with methylated folate. I'm convinced folic acid is to blame for many miscarriages. The bonus is most prenatals with methylated folate also opt for higher quality versions of the other vitamins and minerals.

God bless.

Pink Stork, Ancient Nutrition, and Thorne are good options. My wife is currently on the Pink Stork fertility supplement for conception. We'll switch to the Thorne stack once she's pregnant again.

You might also add additional iodine like Lugol's and additional real Vitamin A from something like fermented cod liver oil. Finally, a good probiotic like Mercola's prenatal probiotic.

In my wife's previous pregnancies I concocted a personal blend of various supplements. I can't afford all that anymore, but I can dig up some resources if you're interested in that route!

You can use a device to help you get pregnant, it’s called initio I think. Quite a few couples in our church have had success with it. Unfortunately if you used birth control in your youth it can be hard to get the ball rolling, however, it seems to me that once couples have their first it’s easier steer that.

>Went to the ER to find out I had miscarried.

Oh fuck... I can't imagine the horror of losing a child like this (well i can, but you're not vaxxed)

I cannot really offer you other advise other than try and try again, i really wonder what was the trigger point for the miscarriage, is it stress? Is it hormonal? Environmental?

I know the older you get the harder it is to get pregnant (and maintain it) and judging by your mannerisms you around 30 something right?

I had a cousin who married somewhat late and even after 5 years of marriage he still didn't manage to get his woman pregnant

Think he had a narrow urethra or she was barren (maybe a bit of both) he's a good bloke though, takes good care of his father and highly respectful to his mother

Again... I think you need to keep trying, if you're still in your 30's you got a couple of good fertile years in you

It’s more common than people realize. Many miscarriages probably happen before women even realize they’re pregnant. I track my cycles obsessively, so this is my one and only pregnancy thus far. It really is out of your control. It shouldn’t affect fertility. I’m young and healthy and unvaxxed. Praying we’ll conceive again soon and welcome a healthy baby into our family. We will never forget this. And one day we’ll meet him or her on the other side.
