It is true that modern foods aren't as good as ancestral foods, but "vitamins" don't exist and taking synthetically made "supplements" is literally no different than taking pharmaceuticals. They're all made synthetically in a jewish lab from petroleum. While your "blood tests" may show improvement, your symptoms and disease remain the same it not worsening. You might get a temporarily relief sometimes but it never fixes anything. Trying to say a "Vitamin C supplement" is viable because it's derived from petroleum mixed with mold and broken down with acids is about as retarded as it gets. Just eat some oranges or red meat instead. No where in God's nature are "vitamins" and "nutrients" isolated.

ok i guess I agree but what about the declining quality in foods meaning we cant get thr same amount of essential vits and minerals even from organic food?

All foods require a minimum amount of quality to grow and produce, which is important. Just focus on growing healthy food with healthy soil using healthy practices. Shoot the jews who subvert otherwise. Don't worry about how much broccoli gives you compared to 100 years ago. We already know jews suck. Just do something about it. Today's broccoli is still going to keep you alive so you can shoot some jews.
