Honestly it’s not so bad. Plus once you factor in the cost of doctors visits and bullshit late night binding and snacking that you don’t pay for it’s well worth it in the long run.

Eggs, chicken, bacon (even if factory farmed) can be loads healthier by virtue of the amino acid content and lack of phytates.

It is an interesting paradox. Meat is the most expensive food group but it is also the most nutrient dense, bioavailable, and filling.

I experimented between carnivore and standard American and wash shocked at how little I spent while on carnivore per month versus standard American.
Toast message
