I read nutrition labels like scripture because I track my family's sodium, protein and carbs for everything, especially cooking.
I've noticed with milk and cheese, over the past five years, that the protein levels have been slowly diminishing for the same weight of produce for MANY products.
Whenever there's a change, it's always for the worse. Always less protein with higher carbs per weight for the same products.
Honestly it’s not so bad. Plus once you factor in the cost of doctors visits and bullshit late night binding and snacking that you don’t pay for it’s well worth it in the long run.
Eggs, chicken, bacon (even if factory farmed) can be loads healthier by virtue of the amino acid content and lack of phytates.

Would this be from overfarming? Soil only has so many nutrients. If I grow an orange tree in a place where no man has ever planted anything, it'd be objectively different than if I grew one in a former Iowan cornfield that's had all the nutrients sucked out of it.

You can resupply the soil nutrients with manure or compost. But you need to let the fruits ripe naturally and not spray it with chemicals to hasten the process.
My in laws own a small farm and their fruits have always been tastier than the market, but in much smaller size.
Yes and probably also most stuff is harvested super early to prolong travel and shelf life, and i suspect cutting the fruit from te plant stops the nutrient absorption early which reduces nutrient content compared to the fruit that ripens on vine(etc).
It's mostly from industrial monocropping. The soil in that case is not being rotated or regenerated naturally. Just endless inputs; artificial fertilizers and glyphosate. then you have many common crops being bred for shelf life and color.
You can add certain types of rock dust to soil if it's truly mineral depleted, in most cases it's a matter of when they pick and the cultivars they use which just grow larger and quicker, having more carbs and water in them than nutrients.
A lot of monoculture farming depletes micro nutrients, and where they lean into macro (NPK) fertilisers they lose chemical uptake pathways from interactions in healthier soil- half the stuff is grown hydroponically for the European market, especially out of season. Then they pick everything early and selectively breed for shelflife and size etc, almost never for nutrients. It's a slow race to the bottom. Grow your own heritage varieties where you can.

Yeah, you gotta exclusively seek out organic regenerative farmed foods. It's expensive, but it's your health we're talking about.. So spend the extra goy shekels for it.
I found mine at the farmers market, see if you have one there.
Go around each booth and ask about regenerative farming, whether they do it, whether they're organic or use pesticides, etc.
If not, search online for "CSA <name of your city and state>" and you'll find something nearby. Call them and ask, if they say they don't do that, ask if they know somebody that does.
If you grow your own vegetables, you will notice a vast difference in taste of things home grown compared to store bought. Even hydroponic or aquaponic farming tastes better than the store bought stuff.

It is true that modern foods aren't as good as ancestral foods, but "vitamins" don't exist and taking synthetically made "supplements" is literally no different than taking pharmaceuticals. It's all Revelation 18:23 jewish bullshit that we fell for and didn't question because "$cience": https://youtu.be/obMO-pqFd5g
They're all made synthetically in a jewish lab from petroleum. While your "blood tests" may show improvement, your symptoms and disease remain the same it not worsening. You might get a temporarily relief sometimes but it never fixes anything. Trying to say a "Vitamin C supplement" is viable because it's derived from petroleum mixed with mold and broken down with acids is about as retarded as it gets. Just eat some oranges or red meat instead. No where in God's nature are "vitamins" and "nutrients" isolated.
ok i guess I agree but what about the declining quality in foods meaning we cant get thr same amount of essential vits and minerals even from organic food?
All foods require a minimum amount of quality to grow and produce, which is important. Just focus on growing healthy food with healthy soil using healthy practices. Shoot the jews who subvert otherwise. Don't worry about how much broccoli gives you compared to 100 years ago. We already know jews suck. Just do something about it. Today's broccoli is still going to keep you alive so you can shoot some jews.

I experimented between carnivore and standard American and wash shocked at how little I spent while on carnivore per month versus standard American.
