NO, not everyone needs to be a boss or own a business. Thats fucking retarded. Thats like saying everyone needs to be a state governor or the president or the dean of their class. No. Hierarchy exists for a reason. Dont arbitrarily "become your own boss" on a whim. Know your place in the hierarchy, and then learn the amount of power you wield, and wield it. It's that simple.
