"They" have started to release these files several times in the last five years to distract from their nefarious deeds. "Biden" looked at doing so repeatedly but the initial pushback told them that they would not be sufficiently believed and they killed the effort to save the Psy op for another day.

This is "Trump" behaving in exactly the same manner. It is a measure of how badly they need this distraction. And there are currently others, they begin them and see what will stick.
