Gyms just scream caged animal to me. Maybe that's why I hate going to the gym so much. I used to train MMA and enjoyed that a lot more than going to the gym. I honestly don't understand how some people love hitting the gym so much.
Then dont go to the gym? Run, climb, do pullups, pushups and crunches, lift and throw heavy things. Use your body. It doesn't have to be very complicated.

It might not solve everything but being big and built increases testosterone and I remember a very good post here a few weeks ago about how all the major ills in our society could be vastly improved if men had more testosterone. Getting fit is an essential part of all this.
I think it helps with people that need a routine. I know it helps me stay focused that way. Combat sports and lifting weights I think gives you two different highs

You guys are crazy there’s nothing like listening to Powerwolf ‘venom of Venus’ while you’re lifting 100 pounds on the biceps, your veins bulging out and the girls around you can’t help but biologically check you out as you stay focused on looking like a Roman god. The guys can’t help but Glance and feel intimidated..
I mean, it’s the pump lol it only lasts like an hour or two but still—— you feel truly confident in yourself, and know what you’re capable of.
I started at 19 I’m 38 now and naturally one of the better ones in the gym. If I could quit smoking and drinking and not be awake at 4:30 in the morning typing on this damn website, I probably have better gains.
If not gym then boxing for sure. Personally, I need to take a break from the gym and focus more on cardio and Boxing, etc.
If you’re not learning how to use and control your body while being active/working out, you’re shortchanging yourself. Always have a purpose like learning a new skill, and always set goals. So many people lift heavy weights, but they actually have very little control over their bodies, and lack awareness, and proprioception of what’s being used, and when, and if it’s the most effective, and efficient ways to accomplish what they’re doing. The average person doesn’t even know how to sit in a chair, or get on and off the floor properly. It’s fucking scary. Ever watch the average person walk?
With all that said, there is almost no reason to go to a gym unless you need access to an indoor pool to do laps.

I’m the complete opposite, and I’ve never heard this take from anyone I know. We all hate the gyms, and the whole experience. The music alone as you walk in is enough to make your dick and balls invert.
Yeah bro but that’s why you bring your own music. Listening to music you love while working out —-statistically increases your output by at least 15%- this is true.
When I get there I joke with people and say hey DJ, do you pick this crappy song?
A lot of gyms now use something called rock bot where you basically can get your own music playing in public.
if you want the opposite of being caged, get into parkour. it made "working out" fun as hell for me because it's a skill as much as it builds cardio and muscle. get scraped up a lot though.
It's for your health in many ways. To make your body stronger is obvious. To increase your testosterone since most people don't do physical work. To achieve something real, to see themselves getting stronger by being able to lift more. It boosts your confidence that you know that you can help others with your strength and that is manly.
How is your underpaid job that with taxes is funding kikes not a bigger hamster in a wheel?
