I've been immersed in family life with kids and infants for a decade. But that made me remember that when my wife and I were younger we were also largely insulated from other families. Move away from your parents. Go to work, go to the bar, go to your apartment, etc. You're an only child or maybe have one other sibling who is also childless. Friends who have kids fall out of the 20's hedonism scene, etc. So you barely see them around.
When we finally had kids "when it was right", my wife suddenly went from reluctantly wanting two, to wanting as many as she could have. We realized we should have gotten started a lot sooner. Still made out OK eventually but I'll pass that lesson on to my kids and help support them when they're ready.
You should hear the women at my work. The latina women love children, babies, and family, and are loyal to their husbands.
The White women treat family as a loathsome chore. They talk badly about their husbands. That's if they're married at all. Usually they have a baby daddy and are unmarried. That's WHITE women. Some nonwhites are not evil. Most of them are. Likewise, some Whites are evil. Most of them are not. Race is strongly predictive of one's nature, but moral outliers exist in both directions for all groups.
