Some nonwhites are not evil. Most of them are. Likewise, some Whites are evil. Most of them are not. Race is strongly predictive of one's nature, but moral outliers exist in both directions for all groups.
My mother was White and hated all of her babies, abusing them severely. But I have no problem acknowledging that she is an outlier and not an excuse to condemn the character of every single White woman.
