I got married in the 90s (Gen X)
My parents never asked me about my girlfriend. "Girlfriend" is a pointless step. You are seeing someone, then you date them, then you get engaged. There is no "girlfriend" stage. "Girlfriend" is a waste of everyone's time. It needlessly takes you out of the marriage market and just stalls for time that could've been spent making more babies or finding another woman willing to do so.
I think we should abandon the whole institution of "relationships" and "girlfriends". There are acquaintances (you've met once or twice), associates (you work together), friends (you trust each other with your lives), engaged and married. That's it. Heck, women can't even be friends with men -- they can't comprehend what it means.

If a woman says "we're just friends" or "let's just be friends", what she's really saying is "be by gullible simp that provides for me with no benefit"
Pretty much, and once you’re in it the only way out is to dissolve the relationship completely unless of course she does a 180, and starts being completely submissive to you. I’ve never seen this happen, and don’t know of even one case of such.

Gen X has goods and bads. Don't forget, Gen X raised Millenials, and both generations are overwhelmingly the driving force behind the insane social decay of the past 20 years. Boomers may have destroyed the economy to enrich themselves and protested for retarded hippy causes, but Gen X and Millenials pushed for transitioning children and aborting near-term babies.
We were 20 years old in the 90s and 2000s. We started having kids then, the older Gen X, but out kids are coming of age right now. They are Gen Z, and they are wild and racist and homophobic because we told them not to be retarded gay assholes.
you've obviously never dated a psychopath/libtard. The first girl that wasn't a libtard, I married. I was 39, and she's not from the US. By 39 I was on my 46th girlfriend. I know the number because I wrote it down in excel because I couldn't believe it.
Yeah, I wanted to post something similar. I don’t think most people in their 40s, and above truly understand just how different, and bad the relationship landscape, and women in general are today compared to the 80s, and 90s. Shit, even the early 2ks was amazing compared to the shit show we see now. I’m a bit older myself, but I know from some young men I have in my inner circle.
Some of the stories I hear from them, and in passing from others is pretty scary. mOOdern women are legitimately nuts, and they can hide some scary shit for a very long time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting married ON PAPER anymore, and honestly, I wouldn’t let any of these women know where I live either until I’ve vetted them as best as I possibly can for around six months.
I don’t know how old you are now, but I bet with as much experience as you’ve had with different women, you have some crazy stories too.

Shit, I got to see the ushering in of liberal women. In the 2000s,they would absolutely lose their shit if I said retard, bifch, faggot etc. I had no idea wtf was going on, I just thought, holy shit this woman is a complete bitch. I made a joke about a blood diamond, fucking libtard women lost it, I was so confused. Then berine Sanders came around, thus one chick wouldn't stop talking about him, so I wki him. It said socialist... I said uhhh, you know the Nazis were socialists.. Libtard complete freak out again. All of these stores are women I was dating, they would be nice then completely flip out on these things...
Jesus. What was your AO back then? Here in southern Louisiana, we didn’t have anything even close to that back in the late 90s early 2ks. Good god man, I feel for you. Sounds like you’ve got some PTSD, and rightfully so. Lmao.
funny meme but their role even in this cannot be understated. From feminism to pornography to social media to dating apps, to birth control. They're directly responsible for the tension between the sexes and for the current "dating market"

It’s called the friend zone, and it’s definitely not friendly for men.
