There is nothing wrong with in-group-preference adoption and it is, in fact, Godly.
If the kid is an orphan then they should be adopted by a relative or an immediate family member. If the kid has no family then they should be put in an orphanage where they would form their own family there.
Some orphans don't have any surviving family. It's better for an infertile couple to adopt and raise that child as a Natsoc, than for it to grow up in the foster system.
