However the medical examiner found that the attack lasted only a few seconds and that there was a knife located where he was described to be reaching. So I think the comments calling Isimemen a premeditated murderer are wrong. At most it seems like manslaughter, but the self defense angle in this case is not as weak as the comments here make it out to be.
