Why is this particular ICE agent a race traitor? It's because he was a raced being all along, after all. If there is no such thing as race, he cannot be a race traitor, because there is neither a race nor raced beings for him to betray.

Without race, there are only raceless human beings who can betray and be betrayed, but there is no commonality between the people being betrayed, since 'blackness' does not exist. For why would the one and *only* difference be melanation? As soon as you let that door open, the case for racial hierarchies and the like re-enters very quickly.
