Calorie deficit if fat. Surplus if too skinny. Cardio, calisthenics, lifting. Skincare if bad skin. Don't eat goyslop (most important).
This is all anyone needs to improve their appearance by at least several points. Especially if they're young. The sad part is that many do not even do this first and see what their actual potential is. They start off a fat fuck and then do plastic surgery, roids, and bonesmashing before even losing weight. You do not know how attractive you are if you are fat, you do not know your face if it's covered in lard.

Losing weight is not enough if you don't have the genetic baseline for it. There are many people who are lean and still looked average at best. Things like your harmony and phenotype are the most important prerequisites.

You don't know if you look decent unless you lose weight first. Unless you're black, in which case... A lot of people are fat for life and never knew what they ever looked like. This discussion can be had when weight is lost.
