They are essentially declaring it a criminal organization. Therefore the NSN is disbanding as a legal entity before the law goes into effect. The men are still there, and will still be moving forward.

Australian has the advantage of tons of space that's hard to access. It would be logistically difficult but strategically effective to build small remote self-defense communities designed to shelter dissidents.
