To start, I've always subscribed to the Low T is a problem "faction". I'd be taking supplements, going to the gym, eating red meat (carnivore dieting), etc... to up my T levels. I always imagined it was a problem but I've never had evidence to decide just how much of a problem it was until now.

I started injecting Testosterone. I wasn't cycling (traditional steroids) though it was borderline. Instead, I just took enough that would lead to roughly 1200 ng/dl. Now, society says this is peak teenage levels of T (currently) but some research I've done suggests this was what the average man once had in the past (before soyciety took over).

Either way, I was compelled to make this topic because I've done it twice now over the last couple months and the difference is unbelievable. Depression? Gone. My reflexes are better, my alertness is higher, my thinking is clearer, my balance is better, my motivation is higher, my sex drive is higher (but it's the complete opposite of a gooner sex drive. This isn't a simp, women control me, sex drive. This is a, I want to fuck and I'll take what I want, sex drive,), my recovery from working out is better, my strength is higher and my endurance is better. It's a night-and-day difference too. This isn't some subtle supplement difference. This is like I injected heroin but instead of losing myself in my own world, I am ready to face this world.

Whatever the conspiracy is, it's no wonder they want men with lower T levels. I feel like I would be better at anything I did and far more focused and motivated at doing it. I think most of our problems would vanish if every White man's T levels increased.

Testosterone is modulated by a LOT of factors.
Most of it is resolved (over a period of several months), by ensuring your pituitary, thyroid, liver, and kidneys are working optimally. Unfortunately, people have bought this Judaic nutrition nonsense of “calories in calories out”.
We have an ancestrally appropriate diet and none of it involves synthetic food stuff, chemicals, additives, or uncooked vegetables.

Case in point: oxalate accumulation is a very serious problem for your thyroid and kidneys. Your body was or use much oxalic acid and as such, it will use magnesium, calcium or other bivalent cations to bind it and store it in tissue.
When you run out of places to store it, your body starts putting it in organs.

Eat enough spinach and almond smoothies and you start accumulating literal glass inside your tesricles, kidneys, thyroid, brain, and liver.

End result: low hormone output.
Eat meat and eggs. Take in ans much potassium, magnesium and trace minerals as you can handle. Exercise when you feel the need to (which should be often).

CICO is just a foundational rule. it's not false. it's just not complete. your body is a biochemical motor with a biochemical battery, converting food into energy, both immediately available and stored. if you consume and burn 2000 calories, there are different byproducts depending on what you ate. you can choose good byproducts or worse byproducts.

So how many calories of kerosene can I consume before I put on weight?

How many jumping jacks are required to burn off 45 grams of couch cushion?

Since birth control and antibiotics are effectively 0kcal, I can ingest 2 kilograms and not get fat after, right?

Why can I weigh 200 lbs, eat 2kg of beef a day (2880 kcal x3 = 8,400 kcal), a stick of butter (880 kcal) and weigh 177 lbs after 3 months with less physical activity?

He is actually fucking retarded though. Don't engage with him. He'll often bring up solid points (like most of his first comment) and then mix in a retarded conclusion like "calories are judaic nonsense" or "viruses aren't real". He's a classic example of someone who's devolved from healthy skepticism into illogical contraryism.

You completely (and purposely?) missed his point, which he explicitly noted before you even replied. I don’t get why.
