To start, I've always subscribed to the Low T is a problem "faction". I'd be taking supplements, going to the gym, eating red meat (carnivore dieting), etc... to up my T levels. I always imagined it was a problem but I've never had evidence to decide just how much of a problem it was until now.

I started injecting Testosterone. I wasn't cycling (traditional steroids) though it was borderline. Instead, I just took enough that would lead to roughly 1200 ng/dl. Now, society says this is peak teenage levels of T (currently) but some research I've done suggests this was what the average man once had in the past (before soyciety took over).

Either way, I was compelled to make this topic because I've done it twice now over the last couple months and the difference is unbelievable. Depression? Gone. My reflexes are better, my alertness is higher, my thinking is clearer, my balance is better, my motivation is higher, my sex drive is higher (but it's the complete opposite of a gooner sex drive. This isn't a simp, women control me, sex drive. This is a, I want to fuck and I'll take what I want, sex drive,), my recovery from working out is better, my strength is higher and my endurance is better. It's a night-and-day difference too. This isn't some subtle supplement difference. This is like I injected heroin but instead of losing myself in my own world, I am ready to face this world.

Whatever the conspiracy is, it's no wonder they want men with lower T levels. I feel like I would be better at anything I did and far more focused and motivated at doing it. I think most of our problems would vanish if every White man's T levels increased.

Your T will be fine if you don't be fat and train.

If you can't get to a gym then go for a 45 minute run before sunrise and push yourself HARD.

You'll get to work with your blood still racing and your legs wobbly but your testosterone will be strong and you'll feel great.

That's exactly what I thought. I'm 175, 5'10", worked out 4 days a week, ate right... it's not even close to the same.

The problem is to permanently increase it. If you inject yourself externally with testosterone, your body ceases to produce it itself, or produces less. This either leads to an ever increasing dependence, as the body will produce less and less to seek its desired value.

It's possible it will rebound over time to produce it itself, but the point is that it will rebound to "normal" ultimately. Trannies take estrogen, which causes them to become also more masculine as their bodies seek to compensate it. It makes them become weird abominations.

Is there a solution to this problem (not for the trannies, nobody cares about those)?

To permanently increase test production? Eat nothing but animal products (beef, eggs, fat, butter) and water for three months.
This actually heals your tissues and organs and dumps out all the accumulated crap.

And here I was just going to say "clomiphene/clomid" but now I've learned something new.

Glad I could help!

I've been deep diving on PEDs and peptides lately.

I am going to try to get the most I can without suppression or side effects.

For fat loss, Reta is amazing BTW. And with less fat you'll also get less aromatization of T

The solution is to keep taking T. But realistically, you have to get a prescription for it and monitor your overall health because the biggest issue with taking T is too high of Estrogen levels which then require you to compensate for with other drugs. You can also take hCG to keep your balls working but that increases estrogen further. So, basically you're always going to be doing a bunch of drugs to stay at an optimal level of T. That's the tradeoff I guess.

Not a drug-free one. You can optimize your test levels through diet, exercise, and sleep, but they will continue to decline as you age (beginning around age 30). Your whole body degrades, then you die, even your HPGA organs.

As @jayreed said - enclomiphene is the way to maximize "natural" testosterone through stimulation of the pituitary. "Natural" in quotes because the test is coming from your testes, so it's homegrown, but you're still taking drugs to stimulate the homegrown test production.

I’m not fat and I lift weights 3-4 times per week (I’m middle aged) and when I got my T tested I was in the 400’s.

Dr said that was normal but I think that’s low. Ideally I’d like to be in the 700’s.

Doing those two things will keep your T from being super low but you need to do more than that to be optimal
