I've heard both narratives.
This incident looks like a mess:
* the cop had enough of their bullshit
* the cop told the driver to move the car
* the driver knew she was about to be arrested and attempted to follow the cop's orders and drive away
* the cop changed his mind, said "get out of the car" and decided to detain the driver so he stepping in front of the car and got hit
* the cop put two bullets in the bitch's head because he lost his temper but felt justified because of his training
* everyone is asshole
* I also really hate yappy degenerates and cops
