The US education system has downgraded itself to knuckle dragging retard levels so that the 13% percent can still graduate high school and get into the student loan debt slavery machine. In turn, everyone else, Whites included, are intellectually castrated and do not value education or intelligence at all.
A good reminder that raising chimps alongside human kids doesn't make the chimps smarter, it makes the kids dumber.
Education doesn't affect IQ. Good education is about teaching knowledge. Intelligence is the ability to use knowledge to solve problems. Intelligence can't be taught.
