It’s wild that they thought it wouldn’t have repercussions. I’m almost gleeful that they’re going to be dementia-riddled and stuffed into nursing homes with Nurse EBTesia to stuff a pillow over their face
> The Pensacola, Florida high school homecoming queen did not contest the charges and completed a supervised program, the completion of which saw them dropped.
also, that chick wasn't just arrested for that one incident, it was her using the account over and over.

And? Its a school. What's she gonna access? Unless she ordered shit and stole it (thefr is an actual crime) then its school shit to deal with. That's why we have it.
She took the program because she was facing *16 years in prison*. She's now suing the police department and school because she maintains her innocence. The only evidence presented was the testimony of her "friends".
Completely ignoring that, do you seriously think 16 years in prison is a reasonable response for accessing records improperly (there was no "hacking"; she's alleged to have used her mother's account)? No physical injury, no property damage, and she even won homecoming *after* discounting the disputed votes, so she didn't take another girl's place.
