I did.

She took the program because she was facing *16 years in prison*. She's now suing the police department and school because she maintains her innocence. The only evidence presented was the testimony of her "friends".

Completely ignoring that, do you seriously think 16 years in prison is a reasonable response for accessing records improperly (there was no "hacking"; she's alleged to have used her mother's account)? No physical injury, no property damage, and she even won homecoming *after* discounting the disputed votes, so she didn't take another girl's place.
