Get it checked out. In between now and your doctors appointment, write down everything you ate and drank before the incident. I've had it happen before and it was nothing. I've had migraines my entire life so it freaked me out a bit. I've had several scans but not a single doctor figured out what was causing my headaches.

No I don't do any drugs or have done them. I am a chud that spends most of his day at home. I don't do those normie activities
What makes you suspect toxins?
I suspect it is aluminum. Aluminum destroys the zeta potential in fluids, preventing nutrients remain suspended in fluid. So if you put liquid aluminum into a fish tank, the fish will hit the bottom and can no longer swim.
