Just now I felt an insane brain zap in my head as I was sitting on a bench at the park. It was as if a flash bang set off in the inside of my brain between the hemispheres and I saw a light turn on and off. It lasted like 2 seconds. What does this mean?

Definitely don't do any research about this or possibly see a doctor. Absolutely go on a message board and ask random idiots what they think it might be.
Get it checked out. In between now and your doctors appointment, write down everything you ate and drank before the incident. I've had it happen before and it was nothing. I've had migraines my entire life so it freaked me out a bit. I've had several scans but not a single doctor figured out what was causing my headaches.
I had sinus surgery years ago and haven't had the migraine issue anymore. I was having two a week for years. I might get one a year. Good luck.
I suspect it is aluminum. Aluminum destroys the zeta potential in fluids, preventing nutrients remain suspended in fluid. So if you put liquid aluminum into a fish tank, the fish will hit the bottom and can no longer swim.
So when that happens in the brain, that's Alzheimer'sthe synapse fire, but the nutrients and transmissions don't make it anywhere. They just skid along the axon, the ganglia passages and neuron passages. So it prevents the ability for memory, it also blocks certain kinds of communication. And I had both the mercury and the aluminum store in my communication center probably from childhood vaccines
