Just now I felt an insane brain zap in my head as I was sitting on a bench at the park. It was as if a flash bang set off in the inside of my brain between the hemispheres and I saw a light turn on and off. It lasted like 2 seconds. What does this mean?

I've had those a couple of times in the past, was related to stress/anxiety/panic attacks if that helps.
