I am running a restaurant that is providing jobs to young white males. I want them to learn the business so that they can run their own restaurant when they get a little older.
I am also running a farm using regenerative agriculture techniques. I should be selling flocks with livestock guardian dogs this year, which can be a valuable money-maker for people who have access to land but not much in the way of other assets. Meaning, if you can lease some pasture land, you can buy my flocks with guardian dogs, setup the fencing, and begin doing regenerative ag for yourself. I calculate you should end up making around $200-$250 NET per ewe each year.
My kids are getting married and I'm trying to make sure they get started in the best direction.
