Well, I actually meant more of the who and how. Who specifically told these judges to let them off and how all this money was actually moved.

I have to work for so many places that have soc and all these dumbass regulations, and they can't even catch billions of dollars flowing in and out? Why the fuck am I wasting all this time setting up this shit.
