Having listened to Mark Dice for a long, long time, he is definitely trying to show people that there is a problem, but he hasn't accepted the fact that all jews are necessarily the problem. He still believes that there are "good jews" out there.
He hasn't put the final pieces of logic together, probably because he knows what it would imply.
