Interestingly, if authoritarian means are used, niggers are capable of disciplined behaviour. They can be ruled through a few things, such as cultivating fear, fostering dependence, and displays of hard power. Violent vigilantism, e.g. the 'necklacing' of criminals, is also ubiquitous and semi-successful in a nigger society's attempt to self-regulate.

Whites have immense trouble governing niggers because they decreasingly understand the necessity of these means, and because these means tend to violate their long-cherished values of freedom and equality. We can't, for instance, have one justice system for niggers and one justice system for Whites without it effectively being a sort of judicial Apartheid. Whites would actually have less trouble with them if they were encouraged to self-regulate rather than be subordinate to the current ways of the Whites, since the black criminals infesting the penal system would quite clearly all have been macheted, necklaced, stoned, etc. to death like their fellow criminals back home.

Thus in Nigeria under the Buhari-Idiagbon regime (1983-1985), there was the 'War Against Indiscipline' which included the policy that anyone waiting for a bus needed to queue patiently. The punishment for non-compliance appeared to have been public whipping. Basically, government niggers would observe bus stops and would whip any nigger who did anything disobedient like shouting and fighting.

Before and after the WAI, niggers couldn't even form an orderly queue. Shouting and fighting over queue positions is common. The niggers who can fight the best go to the front of the queue after beating up anyone who resists them.

The Buhari-Idiagbon regime remains one of the most popular in Nigerian history. Smarter niggers look back on it and know that that was the only time in Nigerian history in which you would even remotely have order. It only ended because another coup succeeded and the new military rulers brought about the old ways again.

Nowadays, banditry, bribery, corruption, criminality, lateness, laziness, thievery, etc. are again the order of the day. And there are new problems like the opioid epidemic. Niggers getting hooked on fentanyl, tramadol, tapentadol, etc. all across Africa.

Any White dummies who want to keep niggers in White society, whether integrationists or segregationists, have to learn at least two things (not that they ever will):

1) Don't interfere with nigger self-regulation, such as violent vigilantism. Vigilantes are the closest thing to 'good guys', and they will simply kill the 'bad guys'. However, vigilantes sometimes themselves become 'bad guys', like drug gangs and insurgent groups, when given enough time, so you can never consider them trustworthy in the long-term. A good example is 'Lakurawa', originally a vigilante group that rose up to fight rampant banditry in northern Nigeria, but now an insurgent group also fighting against the Federal Government.

2) Learn from Nigeria's 'War Against Indiscipline' methods: watch the bus queues, bank queues, etc. and whip any niggers who chimp-out. Niggers easily work out that violence works against others, hence why they so often resort to it to get their way, and it also works against them.

A poll of Nigerians actually showed that around a majority prefer military rule over elected governments. They themselves prefer to be governed in this top-down way: they just need Leftist and yid nonsense that tells them faux-erudite slogans such as 'the best dictatorship is worse than the worst democracy' to not infect their minds. More democratically-inclined Nigerians repeat that stupid slogan like a broken record, the rest think it is nonsense.
