Not enough plates in the gym for that six mil, nor enough bars to hold the weight. Especially while trying to stay afloat against two faggotty crossfit gyms on both sides of us, conspiring to shut our gym down.

It may seem unbelievable, but it happened. I have the eyewitness testimony to prove it, and the piles of plates are still there to this day. Many of the plates were buried after I hit the record, but I do not allow anyone to use a metal detector over that ground out of respect for my PR.

That seems reasonable. I also heard one of the (((Fellow Gym Member)))s tell fatastical stories about the showers in the locker room, as well as unfortunate incidents involving the bent over row machine.
Based on these unconfirmed reports I will simply give my gym to the (((Fellow Gym Members))), who curiously also own the aforementioned faggotty crossfit places. I will also instruct all descendants...I mean gym owners to feel shame for all time, despite already having their spirits broken & their ancestral lands.... I mean gyms taken.
Good, good. And anyone who questions my PR should be punished. It's very offensive to me that anyone would question my PR. Why would someone do that? Do they think I am lying to them or something? Make it a rule at every gym, you shall not question that I repped 6 million kgs or you will lose your membership. Asking for evidence is also *extremely* offensive to me, because it shows me that you are anti-lifter and that you deny my PR.

My training method is a bit unorthodox. I do upper body once and week and lower body once a week so I work out twice a week.
When I train I only do the eccentric of every single exercise while making the weight 1.4 times my 1 rep max. I then don't work out that muscle group for 1 week because I am sore for 5 days.
So I'll do chest 1 day, legs the other. Take 1 week off.
Then do back 1 day, legs the other. Take 1 week off.
For forearms the best way to train them is armwrestling and grip exercises. Most exercises like wrist curls are absolute dogshit for forearms. Armwrestlers are the best when it comes to this stuff.
