My three kids never bought school lunch for this reason. My wife always packed them a lunch that wasn’t made up of goyslop. Most school food is canned or processed heavily.

I’ve been eating low carb and 3-4 pounds of meat a day for years. Can’t get above 180. If I ate less than that I’d be a skeleton.
