If anyone is familiar with where this happened or is able to do a little digging through this nigger's social media and find out where he lives, his name, etc., here is what you need to report:
1. The Vehicle (plate, make, model, color)
2. Suspects (race, age, appearance, markings)
3. Location (street or nearby where it occurred)
4. The Victim's reaction. Make sure to state that the child was terrified and ran away, and that the conduct was not playful or received by the child or any reasonable person's standard as such.
I already tried to look up this nigger's TikTok, and it's apparently all private now, so the nigger obviously caught wind that people might be on to him and try to come lynch his subhuman nigger ass.
