Most media is depressing and jewish and even when it isn't it fails to interest, socialization is stressful and intimidating, work is monotonous and unfulfilling, I can't get a woman despite my standards basically only relating to her race and fertility, and I don't see anything else to do. You could tell me to get away from the internet for a while but then I'm left with nothing but food.

Women like confidence, women like physical strength despite jews trying to convince you otherwise, women like assertiveness. They want someone they think can protect them. If you are looking for women at the club you are looking in the wrong place.

Read the bible for yourself. You can start with the Gospels if you have never read anything. Pray and ask for guidance. Work on health and fitness. Start with walking if you are not fit, always do cardio, and a warm up before lifting weights because it's more efficient and machines are fine if you are just starting. Do not worry about the end goal and just take one step at a time.

Take up something creative. JRR Tolkien explained it well here while talking to CS Lewis. You have to escape the prison that people have created.

We have the innate need to create for a reason. Whether is is music, writing, art, building something, building things to help others, putting together a PC and playing around with Linux so you can help relatives and people get off Microsoft trash, volunteering for people that need help.

Work on improving yourself and the rest will take care of itself.

Confidence comes from past success, all I have is a lifetime of failure, assertiveness will get me arrested or killed, and I'm only really looking for women online because there's nowhere to find them IRL.

Creativity isn't for me, I've never made anything I can look back on and be proud of, basically everything is a mark of shame for me, even things as basic as having my photo taken or drawing a sketch to get across an idea I'm trying to explain, and because of that shame I can't be bothered to put time into anything, usually I just give up and throw away whatever I was working on well before it's done.
