tl;dw is there a recommendation for bread we should eat instead (like sourdough) or do they just recommend avoiding all bread since the breads are ruined?
didn't watch but commenting based on comments:
I've read before that in general there are less nutrients in our food today, so especially when you have people eating processed foods or like the "bread" we eat is processed but presented as "normal bread", you get people over-eating just to get normal nutrients, which causes obesity.
So then people "just eating less and exercising more" doesn't solve the obesity problem, they need good nutrition. I suspect that's why things like carnivore and keto have helped some people lose weight as they may be more nutrient-dense diets?

they literally do, since i do keto myself and it definitely helped
unfortunately eating just meat & cheese every day gets retarded monotenous, and when i was in France eating their "tradition/traditional baggute" i never felt bloated or inflamed
their bread was thick, hard and extremely calorie dense, a few bites could suppress the hunger for hours
so i'm definitely leaning towards that jews poisoned the modern bread supply, and to get the real thing you'll have to go to specific artisan bakers who use heritage wheat or bake it yourself using said wheat
