Most applicants come from Argentina, followed by Cuba and Mexico
Argentinians are the best you can get from South America. Much better than Mexicans or Venezuelans and infinitely better than niggers and jeets.
That being said, bringing in a million people, even if they had 100% pure Spanish ancestry will mess up the economy for the locals. Spain has some very retarded laws related to real estate and the job market is not the best either.

Spain does have a peculiar policy on who can serve in the military though.
