Judge Beth Bagley has a record full of bad decisions, poor ethics, gross incompetence, self-dealing, and outright criminal malfeasance.

This is precisely why once you make up your mind to do the needful, you make sure the violent “attacker” doesn’t have a chance to ever do anything to anyone else. Out of all seriousness, this is why I carry pepper spray and a gun. I also live in the pro 2A state of PA. This guy got unlucky. Usually when people get screwed over by the justice system in liberal states I don’t feel bad. I do for this guy. Move out of blue state and cities while you can.

Spray is great because it allows you to make a mobile wall between you, and the aggressor, and if they keep walking towards you through it, it gives you even more plausible deniability, and defense. Always use spray early, and often as you attempt to unass the area of an aggressor/attacker. More importantly than all of that, always ANAC, and NRAB frens.
