Fasting for a couple of days imstantly resets hunger for me. Now I mostly just do OMAD, but I’m never hungry. I just eat to stay strong, functional, and alive at this point. The problem is most people don’t even know what actually feeling hunger is.

I tried the OMAD but it was driving me mad 🙃 Right now I'm counting the calories to ensure I eat at a caloric deficit and I can have some treats like organic chocolate so I don't go crazy.
i eat eggs bacon/sausage and grind my own fresh coffee every morning.
I chug water through lunch and only have a banana or peanuts.
Then i have early dinner which is usually meat. hog meat chicken meat duck meat rabbit meat or beef i barter for from farm butcher. with a side of corn on cob or something out of the garden whatever is ripe
I try to avoid stuff that comes out of packages or cans or frozen foods or stuff that has preservatives and added ingredients.
This is consumeProduct so i think everyone here knows to eat well and avoid goyslop. preaching to the choir here
yep, its a lack of willpower that keeps people fat. it is that very same lack of willpower that keeps people poor.
Not coincidentally, the poorest demographic it the US are also the fattest. And the least fat people in the US are also not the richest but in the upper echelon of wealth.
just a few days i walked 3+ kilometers while carrying heavy stuff, and by the end of this week i noticed i lost 2 Kilos just from not eating any carbs (been on keto for a good solid 3 weeks, the cravings are a bitch to deal with but honestly i feel good)
