just don't eat carbs and do some basic exercise
just a few days i walked 3+ kilometers while carrying heavy stuff, and by the end of this week i noticed i lost 2 Kilos just from not eating any carbs (been on keto for a good solid 3 weeks, the cravings are a bitch to deal with but honestly i feel good)

but its mostly WHAT i eat that counts, lately i've been eating nothing but eggs mushroom and meat (maybe a bit of green beans but that's it)
i feel fuller while eating smaller portions, its all about the protein
protein makes you full, protein makes you strong
