I tried the OMAD but it was driving me mad 🙃 Right now I'm counting the calories to ensure I eat at a caloric deficit and I can have some treats like organic chocolate so I don't go crazy.

Meat based diet for almost a year now, just these last few weeks I moved over to adding calorie tracking. This has been a huge game-changer.
