Maybe, but then, Hercules, Ajax, Hector, Achilles, Perseus then (if you're religious) David, Samson, Moses, Noah and of course Jesus. All of them performed super-human feats. Does that make them "superheroes"? Of their day, sure. That's essentially what most of the bible and ancient writings are...stories of heroism or some tribe getting stomped in a massive war, and the tales of the heroes of that war.

the take away I have from all of this is Hollywood used to cater to white americans for decades [their biggest consumer base] and export that media all over the world. But now Hollywood is catering to all the brownoids instead. Hollywood is not white american focused anymore, the most notable change was around 2016 for obvious reasons, but you could see it in 2012, and in the 90s with black culture.
