yeah, well, looking at the jumps, it looks like maybe somewhere between $10-$20/hr or $20k-$30k a year per child estimated, at least at places I am or have been, so you could just add whatever multiple to estimate for more kids

The problem with that is subsequent kids get cheaper.

For one kid, you need an extra bedroom. If the second is the opposite sex, you need two. After that, you can buy bunkbeds.

Same with hand-me-downs and even time costs as the older ones start doing chores.

$40/hr for a husband to support an entire family with 3 kids. I was making that 4 years out of college in 2005. I know retail managers making that much in my area.

Folks, you need to leave the cities ASAP.
