Lard is better. Bonus: Not kosher, nor halal.

Oy vey, how can I eat meat if my consciousness isn't soothed by the fact that the animal has been bled out to death in its final moments to serve purposes of satanic ritualistic slaughter?

Having tried several methods of slaughter, I prefer cutting the jugular. It's quick and calm.

Shooting sometimes misses.

Yes, but they don't do it out of utility. They do it to worship the devil. And then they insist on the label, as if eating non-tortured animals is a sin to them.

Fyi it was a jew that spread the myth that fats caused heart disease and got all the fast food chains to switch to seed oils.

don't be a retard and avoid fries overall, carbs=glucose=poor nutrition

get yourself 1:1 ratio of protein to body weight in grams

if you weigh a 100 Kilo you should consme 100 grams of protein DAILY

most people consume too much carbs and too much sugar to be physically fit (let alone healthy)

I make my own. I coat them in olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper and rosemary; then bake them.

They're better than anything you get at the store/fast food place.

Pro tip: commercially available lard and tallow is neither

You need to render it yourself

Not going to happen unless you do it yourself.
And even then it’s tallow choc full of every fat-soluble pesticide, toxin, heavy metals and plastic that got shoved down that cows throat.

And no, spare me your “muh homestead” bullshit. No one on this site is doing that for French fries.

the great thing about farming is that one man can produce enough for the needs of very many. it's generally accepted that it was the catalyst to the development of civilization specifically because it allowed people from the tribe to focus on things other than food production, while someone else produced food for the two (or more) of them.

all this to say: just ask a farmer, they'll be really happy to sell you stuff because unless they already sold out to monsanto chances are they're struggling to find buyers.

I don't know where you live but here in Toronto, we have a place that makes fries in beef tallow for $4.99 CAD or $3.50 USD.

Nothing you said was incorrect, I think we're both agreeing with each other.
