Eh, I'll cut him some slack for speaking in a manner the monkeys could understand. Calling them niggers was probably enough of a taunt, but throwing fuel on the fire certainly didn't hurt.
Also I don't know that I've ever heard a nigger refer to typical nigger behavior as a "chimp out." They don't like being compared to monkeys - hits too close to home, underscores the fact they're not homo sapien.
Says you, typing this in the safety of your anonymity as this man puts his life on the line to say out loud in public what you’re thinking but are afraid to say.

The entire point of a "fire lane" is to ensure emergency vehicles are unimpeded in the event of a fire. If you could predict a fire with 100% accuracy, then you would never need to call the fire department because it would be entirely preventable. Unfortunately, you must always assume a fire is a possibility, ergo, the fire lane should be unoccupied.
Ngl, I'll park in fire zones on extremely rare occasions (ie I'm picking up a crippled relative from a rehab facility and what should be the pickup zone is labeled "fire lane" while the closest parking is several hundred feet away) but only if I'm with the car the entire time so I can move if there's a problem.
