I think the intended meaning is that America is a degenerate Frankensteinian monster that, at the time, still hypocritically wore something non-degenerative as a *mask*.

They didn't condemn the lynchings, they were aware of the laughable hypocrisy of them: That a racist country like the U.S. with organizations like the KKK love nigger music and entertainment, and jewish money.

* By the 90s racism was all but dead and gone. Whites and blacks could finally laugh at each other for being white and black and so we had things like Eddie Murphy and such.
* Along came Obama in the 2000s and suddenly race was an issue again. It was all whitey's fault.
* 2020 brought us Saint George Floyd the sinless. Now it was cool to shoot white people who said white people things like "Hey let's treat everyone the same".
* And now we're almost back to the 90s again. It's OK to insult niggers for nig-nogging again. But this time there are more food stamps involved.
It's almost like a certain group of people was trying to play both sides of the political spectrum to whip up Americans into a fratricidal frenzy or something (and not the first time they did!) But that would require an *insane* amount of noticing.
