The "American culture" the Klan were supposedly protecting was judaized and negrified to the core already. Notice also the guy in a suit with a loudspeaker for a head - "USA wants to save Europe's culture from destruction" and the text next to him, "By what right?.."
Not an expert but it seems that the artist was highlighting that the violent methods used by the Klan weren't any more "pro White" than other niggers otherwise just killing each other over nigger shit. This is the 56% Amerimutt meme plus "American culture is centered around niggers" of its day
